What we do

Tap any line to open it. One at a time, so the page stays readable.

01 Emergency & same-day repairs

When water is going where it shouldn't, the priority is stopping it and finding out why. We carry the common parts on the van — shut-off valves, supply lines, P-traps, fittings in the sizes that show up in Mississauga housing stock — so most first visits end with the water back on the same day.

What to do while you wait: shut the main valve, open the lowest tap in the house to drain the line, and move anything sitting on the floor near the leak. If water is anywhere near an outlet or panel, kill the breaker for that area first.

  • Burst and frozen pipe repair
  • Active leak diagnosis and containment
  • Toilet, faucet and shut-off valve replacement
  • Sump pump and backwater valve checks
02 Drains & sewer lines

A drain that keeps coming back is usually a symptom, not the problem. We clear the line, then look at it — a camera inspection tells you whether you're dealing with grease and hair, root intrusion, or a collapsed section under the slab, and those three have very different answers.

Older Mississauga neighbourhoods still have plenty of clay and cast-iron laterals. If yours is one of them, we'll tell you plainly whether a repair is worth doing or whether you're better off planning for replacement.

  • Kitchen, bath and laundry drain clearing
  • Main sewer snaking and jetting
  • Camera inspection with findings explained on site
  • Backwater valve installation and service
03 Water heaters & tankless

No hot water, rusty water, or a heater that's short-cycling — we diagnose before we quote a replacement, because a failed thermocouple or a sediment-clogged tank is a repair, not a new unit.

If it is time to replace, we'll walk you through tank versus tankless for your actual household size and venting situation, including what the change means for your gas line and your wall. If you're on a rental contract, we'll explain the buyout math before you decide anything.

  • Gas and electric water heater repair
  • Tank and tankless replacement
  • Annual flush and anode rod service
  • Rental contract buyout guidance
04 Bathrooms & kitchens

Whether you're gutting a bathroom or swapping a vanity, the plumbing is the part that has to be right the first time — it's the work that gets closed behind a wall. We handle rough-in and finish, and we coordinate with your tile setter or contractor so the sequencing doesn't cost you a week.

For kitchens: sink and disposal installs, dishwasher supply and drain connections, pot filler rough-ins, and moving a supply line when the new layout doesn't match the old one.

  • Full bathroom rough-in and trim-out
  • Vanity, toilet, tub and shower valve installation
  • Kitchen sink, disposal and dishwasher hookups
  • Fixture supply and relocation
05 Backflow testing & compliance

If your property has a backflow prevention assembly, it needs testing on a schedule and the paperwork has to go to the right place. We test, tag, and file the report so you're not chasing a compliance notice later.

This is most often a commercial or multi-unit requirement — restaurants, salons, laundries, irrigation systems, and any building with a fire suppression connection.

  • Annual backflow assembly testing
  • Report filing and tag replacement
  • Repair and replacement of failed assemblies
  • New installation for renovations and tenant fit-outs
06 Repiping & water quality

If your home still has polybutylene or galvanized steel supply lines, you're on borrowed time — and it usually shows up as pressure that drops when two taps run, or water that runs brown after a shut-off. Repiping is a planned job, not an emergency, and it's far cheaper done on your schedule.

On the water quality side: whole-home filtration, softeners, and point-of-use filters, sized to what's actually in your water rather than whatever's on the shelf.

  • Poly-B and galvanized replacement
  • Whole-home repiping with minimal wall opening
  • Water softener and filtration installation
  • Pressure diagnosis and PRV replacement

How a job runs

No mystery pricing, no surprise second visit. Here's the whole sequence.

01 You describe it

Tell us what's happening in plain language — where the water is, when it started, what you've already tried. A photo of the fixture or the leak helps more than a perfect description. If it's urgent, say so and we'll tell you honestly whether it can wait until morning.

02 We give you a range up front

For common jobs we can usually give you a realistic range over the phone. For anything diagnostic, we tell you the visit cost and what it covers, so the number you hear first isn't a surprise later.

03 We diagnose on site

You get the actual finding, not a verdict. If there's a camera or a gauge involved, you look at the screen with us. If the cheap fix is the right fix, that's what we quote.

04 You approve, then we work

Nothing gets started until you've agreed to the price. If something changes once we're inside the wall — and sometimes it does — we stop and re-quote rather than deciding for you.

05 Clean up and warranty

Drop sheets down, work area left the way we found it, and a written record of what was done and what parts went in. If something we touched acts up, call and we'll come back.

Questions we get a lot

01 Do you charge for the visit?

[Your call-out / diagnostic fee, and what it includes — e.g. "a $X visit fee that covers the first hour and the diagnosis; it comes off the bill if you go ahead with the repair."]

02 How fast can you get here?

[Your realistic response window for emergencies, and whether you run after-hours calls. Be honest here — it's the question people judge you on.]

03 Are you licensed and insured?

[Your licence number and insurer, and whether you can email a certificate of insurance for condo or property-management approvals.]

04 Do you work with insurance claims?

Yes — for water damage claims we can document the cause, photograph the affected area, and provide a written scope that your adjuster can work from. Tell us at the first call that it's a claim so we capture the right photos.

05 Do you handle condos and rentals?

Yes. We're used to booking elevators, working inside building hours, and providing the insurance paperwork property management asks for. For rentals, we'll coordinate access with your tenant directly if you'd prefer.

06 What areas do you cover?

Mississauga first — Port Credit, Streetsville, Erin Mills, Meadowvale, Malton, Clarkson, Cooksville and the Square One core. [Add the surrounding towns you'll travel to, and whether there's a travel charge beyond a certain distance.]
